Our beef is sold by the quarter, half or whole cow. All individual cuts are vacuum sealed in clear plastic and clearly labeled. All our beef is processed humanely with USDA oversight.

To order, simply give me a call or click the button below. We’ll get you on the schedule. All our beef is processed to order and dry aged for 7-10 days.

Our current price is $8.00 a pound. We do not price individual cuts, so by buying in bulk, you get all your steaks for the price of ground beef.

When I deliver the meat, I’ll have your total ready. You can pay with a cash, check, or by using PayPal (LYNDSEY.HAPPYCOW@GMAIL.COM).

By the quarter..

When you buy a quarter of one of our cows, you can expect to get about 70 pounds of packaged meat. You will need about 2-3 cubic feet of freezer space. Every cow is different, but you can expect about a dozen steaks, somewhere around 40 pounds of ground beef, a few roasts, a brisket, fajita meat, soup bones and, if you request it, organ meat (as long as it’s not spoken for already).

By the whole cow…

When you buy the whole cow, you get a lot of choices. You and I will talk through which cuts you like and which you would prefer to have as ground beef. You can choose your steak thickness, which roasts you prefer, if you want brisket whole or cut in half, if you prefer bone-in ribeyes or ribsteak. If you choose to have fajita or flank steak included, you can request to have it tenderized. You can choose to have some cut into stew meat or not. You can have the larger bones kept aside for your dogs.

If you don’t have the freezer space for the whole cow, feel free to split it up among friends. Let me know and I will deliver the whole cow divided into the number of portions you request, each labeled and priced - making it easy for each individual to pay me directly. The boxes won’t be identical, but they will be labeled - if you choose to keep your brisket whole there will only be two. The other boxes may have an extra roast or steak thrown in to compensate - whatever you tell me. If you have specific requests on how to split it up, just let me know.
